Hey , I'm excited about this

0:03

. I'm excited about all of our episodes , but this one's

0:05

pretty ridiculous . So you

0:07

have this license , you're a professional

0:09

, you've been doing something for a gazillion years

0:11

and you know that you're like cut above the rest

0:13

. And then you say to yourself then what ? It

0:16

is true that there are

0:18

millions of people who are sitting with

0:20

a set of expertise

0:22

and licenses and just deliciousness that

0:24

they have crafted into what I call

0:26

mastery , and at some point

0:29

you got to take that mastery and do something else with it , because

0:31

I kind of believe we're either doing the damn thing or we're not

0:34

. Now , in this episode , you're going to hear

0:36

someone who's deep inside

0:38

of our community and God you

0:41

talk about . What does it mean to face yourself , face

0:43

your fears , take yourself to the next

0:45

level , reinvent the way you

0:47

think , behave , distribute

0:50

, create and decide ? I

0:53

know for the woman , for the human

0:55

, but specifically for the woman who's sitting outside

0:58

there , who has been

1:00

on a long journey and feels

1:02

that she's at the end , I'm going to tell

1:04

you wait till you hear about reinvention

1:07

and what it means to get to the next step , right

1:10

where you are with what you have . Hey

1:13

, you welcome to Build

1:15

the Damn Thing , a place

1:18

where myself , tiffany

1:27

Largy and our amazing Do the Damn Thing ? Coaches

1:29

show you how to use

1:31

your story to build it all , whether it's your

1:34

first six figures , your next layer of multiple six figures

1:36

, or maybe you're

1:38

on your way to a minute . First , we're

1:40

going to show you how to use your story

1:42

to build a strong foundation , and then , next , we're

1:45

going to show you how to use your story in sales

1:47

and marketing to clean up the crots . And

1:49

, last but not least , we're going to show you how

1:52

to use your story to gather people , because

1:54

the truth of the matter is that there's nothing

1:57

stronger than being connected

1:59

to people who just understand you

2:01

as you are where you are

2:03

, so you can stop explaining

2:06

yourself . I want to remind you that

2:08

, now that you're here , you are home

2:10

and I officially welcome you to

2:12

our family . All right , let's get

2:14

started . I'm stoked about this conversation . I

2:17

feel like it's like a long overdue . People

2:20

know who you are in pieces , and

2:24

you're one of the most fascinating

2:26

people who's ever who

2:29

have ever just seen from afar

2:31

, and every time I see you up close I'm like it's

2:34

still amazing . So

2:38

tell me , tell me , who

2:40

are you . Who are you ? Let's start

2:42

there . Who are you and why are we listening to you

2:44

?

2:46

Who am I ? Well , I

2:48

am a hairstylist . I've

2:50

been a hairstylist for over 29

2:53

years . I'm a mom

2:55

, I'm an author , I'm

2:57

a grandmother .

2:59

You're also an owner , a whole

3:02

CEO . You were a hairstylist

3:04

. Yes , I

3:07

now own a hair salon we

3:09

own a hair salon In Atlanta Georgia , in Atlanta

3:12

Georgia .

3:14

I am a competitive

3:17

bodybuilder .

3:18

Listen to me . Did you guys just hear about that ? Did you hear what

3:20

this woman just said ? Did you know that ? Did

3:22

you know that she was a competitive

3:24

? But I don't want you to think it's some play around thing . I'm

3:26

talking about the position

3:28

. You get it . I want you to get the visual

3:31

. I'm dead serious . One

3:33

day I opened up Facebook like two years

3:35

ago , and

3:38

I don't really spend a lot of time on Facebook

3:40

but this moment I swear to you

3:42

, I see the pose and this person on

3:44

stage and I'm like who's that

3:46

? And then you know , when you make the picture

3:49

bigger and you're like what ? That's ? Charon

3:51

. Charon won't play with these people . She

3:53

wasn't playing with these children . And then I

3:55

looked down in the mirror and I was like wait a second . I

3:58

was like who's coaching you ? I

4:01

was like look at that body . Come on , charon

4:03

. And then I thought to myself about

4:05

the level of intensity , focus

4:08

and determination it takes to get

4:10

to that . And that's when I became intrigued

4:12

about who you were , because you

4:15

can't wake up and become a bodybuilder .

4:17

No .

4:17

So let's forget about all the rest of this stuff . How

4:19

did you decide ? Why did you decide to become

4:21

a bodybuilder ?

4:23

Well , I

4:26

think it started probably

4:28

about 11 years ago . I began

4:31

to write down

4:34

everything that I wanted

4:36

to do in my life that

4:38

I had just been putting off , and

4:40

since I grew up as an athlete

4:43

, I just always

4:45

was into competition and sports

4:47

and I would watch

4:49

this TV show I think it was American

4:52

Gladiators and I always wanted to do

4:55

some type of competition like that

4:57

. Really yeah .

4:58

Yeah , so hold on . So when

5:00

you were making your bucket list , you were like bodybuilder

5:02

period . Yes , really

5:05

. Yeah , that's so fascinating

5:07

.

5:07

Yeah , and so for years and years

5:10

, I kept putting it off , I kept putting it

5:12

off and then all of a sudden

5:14

, I was just like , OK , well , I'm just going

5:16

to do it .

5:17

I'm going to do it . Yeah , how long did it take you ? I

5:19

mean , I'm sure you already had an amazing

5:21

body before that . But bodybuilding is something totally

5:23

different , totally different .

5:25

Well , I did something pretty , I

5:28

guess miraculous and unusual

5:30

, because I

5:33

decided that I was going to compete in the

5:35

competition in January , and

5:38

that was the decision that I made in

5:40

the competition was actually a march

5:42

.

5:46

So you said you had 60 days . Pretty

5:49

much you know what that sounds about

5:52

right Now . Here's why this is significant to me . Not

5:54

because for the listener family

5:57

bestie , I want to be clear . I'm

5:59

not interested necessarily in you making a

6:01

decision to become a bodybuilder , but I am . I

6:03

do want you to ask yourself how much discipline

6:05

do I have ? What

6:08

am I willing to do right now , even

6:10

if the deadline for it is right around the corner ? And

6:13

I'm going to tell you when I see these pictures

6:15

, I know for a fact that she did

6:17

the damn thing in 60 days . Part

6:20

of the reason why we need to make some moves is

6:22

because we just need to prove things to ourselves . Was it a motive

6:24

of like for you of just proving something to yourself

6:27

?

6:28

Yeah , I was going through a lot

6:30

in my personal life at the time

6:33

and yeah , so

6:35

I just pretty much had to , like , transmute

6:37

that energy . It was a lot of anger that

6:39

I had built up

6:41

, so I had to do something to transmute

6:44

the energy and then just make myself

6:46

proud of me . And

6:49

yeah

6:51

so , you're right , it definitely took a lot

6:53

of determination and focus

6:56

.

6:56

Were you like in the gym ? I'm just , I'm super

6:58

nosy . Were you like in the gym five days a

7:00

week , kind of a thing . Do you even go to the gym and we're going to become

7:03

a bodybuilder ? What happens ?

7:04

Oh , yeah , you have to know

7:06

you have to eat all the time . And really

7:08

, yeah , it was maybe

7:10

.

7:10

I should be . I'm

7:12

halfway there . What was ?

7:13

that it's like a all day process

7:16

of negotiating what your

7:18

meals are going to be and when you're going to have

7:20

that . I felt like all I did was think

7:23

about food . Really , yeah , and

7:25

it was a seven day a week

7:27

commitment , doing

7:29

morning workouts and evening workouts

7:32

Got it , so I would go work out

7:34

at six o'clock in the morning . And

7:36

then that was a two hour workout

7:38

. Go to work , stand on my feet all

7:41

day and work out

7:43

and then go work out after work .

7:45

So you have to eat a lot of food because of the fact you're burning a lot

7:47

of calories , correct ?

7:48

Got it yeah .

7:49

Oh , ok , so we can work out . So

7:51

you know what I'm like . Wait

7:53

a second . So I'm halfway there with the eating

7:56

. So I mean

7:58

, I am halfway there with the eating , so

8:00

I'm proud of it . Ok

8:02

, so you begin to bodybuild

8:05

and you get on stage

8:07

. Your end to our competition

8:09

. Here's what I love about this . For

8:11

me , you're not really building anything for yourself unless

8:14

you get to showcase what you're doing . I

8:17

feel like people often and tell me if you

8:19

agree . I feel like we say

8:21

, ok , I'm going to do this thing , I'm doing it for me , but

8:23

then we're doing it in private . Yeah , but you can't

8:25

really be challenged or your back can't

8:27

be against the wall or you can't really prove

8:29

anything unless there's something on the other side , and

8:32

I guess the right word is competition .

8:34

Yeah , there has to be some competition

8:36

. It does , and I think that is the

8:39

missing piece . When people

8:42

they want to do something , they have a goal in mind

8:44

. Yeah , the

8:46

thing that makes you push forward , I feel

8:48

like , is having a deadline

8:51

on that goal and then

8:53

being able to celebrate it with

8:56

yourself or somebody else

8:58

, and that makes it , makes

9:00

that dream like real by having that deadline

9:03

.

9:03

You know it reminds

9:06

me of a principle I live by it's what

9:08

, by when . So everything I

9:10

do or it even you know Coaching and stuff

9:12

. The number one thing I want to know is okay , great , we're

9:14

gonna do that awesome by when ? Because

9:17

if I know the what , but I don't have the when , there's no

9:19

deadline for me . If there's no deadline , it's

9:21

not real . And even like in projects

9:23

, ideas , I won't take on anything

9:25

unless there's a deadline , because I don't

9:27

want to be in the building phase forever . Mm-hmm

9:29

, like you know , like I'm working on it now

9:32

. Yeah , I won't work in it for 45 days . Done

9:34

out , I want to work , I don't mind working on for four years

9:36

, but I want to have a deadline . So

9:39

, okay , you

9:41

, I know I've spent a lot of time on bodybuilding , but

9:43

there's three things that are really important to me . In

9:45

order to like build the next version of ourselves

9:48

with our licenses , with our expertise

9:50

, with our Money , with our

9:52

, our family , children , whatever it might

9:54

be , we actually have to build a foundation

9:57

within ourselves . And as I think

9:59

about all the things you've accomplished , I know for

10:01

a fact that a good part of it is what

10:03

you've , what you laid down

10:05

in that time when you were like , hey , I

10:07

got this bucket list or I got this list of things I know

10:09

I got to do . You didn't just go like

10:11

you could have been doing the easier thing , like I would have done

10:13

, which would be like I'm gonna clean up my closet , you know , or you

10:16

know like I'm gonna get a new wardrobe , or

10:18

something like that . You were like , no , I'm

10:20

gonna be in the gym for four hours a day , seven

10:22

days a week . That's 30 at what I

10:24

could . I walked down the street An

10:26

hour ago for ten minutes and I was tired

10:28

. You get it , yeah . So you said

10:30

I'm gonna go all in , and I

10:33

think I . What I love the most is that you

10:35

went all in for yourself . Mm-hmm

10:38

and by going to a gym , you

10:40

challenge yourself to show up . So

10:42

, in order to is it fair to say that in order to do

10:44

that thing , you have to build the foundation in ourselves

10:46

.

10:47

Oh , absolutely , and

10:50

you have to get support

10:52

, mm-hmm .

10:53

It was .

10:54

It was easy for me to Get

10:57

up and go to the gym because I

10:59

knew I had somebody that meeting me

11:01

there that was gonna support me in

11:03

my goal . I think a lot of times we

11:06

feel like we have these bold , audacious

11:08

Goals and we

11:11

have nobody to help , support

11:13

us to get to the end result

11:15

and we we

11:17

lose hope and focus Because

11:20

we haven't found that right person to

11:23

help to take

11:25

us to where we want to go when you say

11:27

that you had someone meet

11:29

you and I agree with you we lose

11:31

hope and focus two things .

11:34

When you say you had someone , did you pay somebody ? Was

11:36

it like a ? Was it like a personal ?

11:38

trainer . Yes , I had a personal trainer , mm-hmm

11:41

.

11:41

You know I haven't . I had a per . You know it's

11:43

funny you say this . You

11:45

know I got sick last year and One

11:48

of the things I've been asking myself in my

11:50

health game because all of that

11:52

year was just doctors , endless doctors

11:54

, and the more doctors I went to

11:56

and the more hospital stays I realized

11:59

that none of them cared about me . They

12:01

cared about finding the Result

12:04

in what I felt like was a win for them

12:06

. Yeah does that make any ?

12:07

sense .

12:08

Anybody here . I'm saying like I felt like all these

12:10

doctors they were seeing me miss lorikey

12:12

, da-da-da-da-da . But you know , like after

12:14

dr 30 or needle 100

12:16

, I remember being by myself in a waiting

12:18

room and feeling this sadness

12:21

slash weight and I

12:24

was like I don't think any of these

12:26

people actually care about me . I

12:28

think that they care about the

12:30

win that they could have and

12:33

I remember asking myself when was the one

12:35

time that I really really like

12:37

had someone who cared about me ? And

12:39

it's when I had a personal trainer .

12:41

Hmm .

12:42

I had a personal trainer who's actually one of

12:44

our coaches in the do the damn

12:46

thing world and he

12:48

came into my world maybe about four years

12:50

ago and it's wild because I'll never

12:52

forget him Saying

12:54

something to me . Hey , it

12:56

was an exchange . And he was like , oh , so

12:58

like you're strong ? And

13:00

I was like , oh , I'm super strong , you

13:03

know , I walk towards 30 minutes a day

13:05

and I during celery every morning

13:07

is that what I tell him ? And he's like , oh , that's

13:10

amazing . But I wasn't looking for a personal

13:12

trainer and I don't think he knew that I was

13:14

gonna become his client , mm-hmm . But then

13:16

he goes , so you're strong . And I was like , yeah

13:18

, and he goes . Okay , great

13:20

, I want you to sit up and down the chair like

13:23

this for a minute . It was the most

13:25

simplest task about strength and

13:27

and in essence , I was

13:29

just moving my body in a repetitive motion

13:31

for a minute and I remember going

13:33

. I'm gonna do that one , I suppose

13:35

. Are you serious ? It's the wildest

13:37

thing . I'm in this house . I brought

13:39

my kids to this compound in Florida

13:42

. We're hanging out there . I've snuck out of California

13:45

and I'm wearing like a

13:47

you know sports bra and tights

13:49

, because I think with all my roles . I'd you have to

13:51

get the visual together and I'm standing

13:53

outside , I think I'm cute , hair pulled up , and

13:55

I'm like and I remember getting

13:57

to like second 21 . I'm like , and

14:02

then he looks at me as he's still going

14:04

and he goes strong , right

14:06

, right . You know , and it was the first moment

14:09

that I really understood something for myself

14:11

that I just I feel like I heard you say there's

14:14

a big difference between what we believe is

14:16

our strength and what our

14:19

actual strength is and what it could

14:21

be . And in that moment

14:23

I , honestly , I wasn't

14:25

looking to lose weight . I have

14:27

never I want everyone to know , I really don't

14:30

ever look to lose weight . I

14:32

have this crazy idea about how

14:34

I just look good , no matter what you know . And

14:38

but at that moment

14:40

he showed me how weak I was and I

14:42

saw an opportunity not to

14:44

become fit but to become

14:46

strong . And then I asked

14:48

a member asking myself that night cause ? I was actually pissed

14:51

off , I was annoyed . I

14:53

wasn't like , oh my gosh , I was like this motherfucker

14:55

I don't know why you should see how much I

14:57

was talking . I was like I don't know who the fuck you think you are and

15:00

I'm Tiffany motherfucking largi , like I

15:02

was , but I had to own the fact

15:04

that I wasn't strong . I

15:07

feel like when you said to

15:09

me , when you said , hey , and I know I'm

15:11

taking a long time , but this hits home for me as

15:13

a human , but really as a woman Like

15:15

we don't really realize how weak we are and

15:18

then when we have that tiny moment

15:20

where we feel weakness , we try other

15:22

ways or busyness to cover it up . But

15:25

what you just told reminded me of

15:27

we actually just need to sit down and

15:29

get to the work , the actual strengthening

15:32

work , and that it's hard and

15:34

it's also rewarding .

15:36

Very rewarding .

15:37

You said something else important which was like

15:39

you . You were like I didn't do it alone . That's why

15:42

I asked you , cause I'm like I

15:44

don't think I would have gotten to this level of strength

15:46

had I not brought him into my life . I

15:49

have friends , yeah , I have people

15:51

at home . I was walking

15:53

20 minutes a day , If you

15:55

ask me if I could lift something , you know , but most

15:57

people that are around you .

15:59

They're not really going to challenge you

16:01

Bingo . They're going to

16:03

sign on your limitations

16:05

and when you start to complain

16:08

about something , they join in on

16:10

the complaining , versus like

16:12

giving you a solution on how to take you

16:14

higher . And that's what's great

16:16

about having you know some

16:18

type of coach where they can

16:20

see outside of your limitations

16:23

and help push you , and

16:25

sometimes they they believe in

16:27

you more than

16:29

you . You believe in yourself . Yeah .

16:31

Then you believe in yourself . You know

16:33

, co-signing Everybody

16:36

around you doesn't challenge you and

16:38

even though this episode is not about that , this

16:41

I'm going to get into the things she's accomplished

16:43

in just a moment . But she's right , and

16:45

this is an expert who has just said something super

16:47

powerful the people around

16:49

you will co-sign , they will enable you , they

16:52

will go oh , your foot's hurting or your tire , why

16:55

don't you come inside and rest ? I

16:57

remember when this coach and

16:59

his coach Ryan coach

17:01

Ryan was like listen

17:03

, if that wore you out

17:05

, I'll see you tomorrow , and

17:08

I remember being angry .

17:10

We're going to do it again .

17:11

That's exactly it . And he showed

17:14

up the next day and

17:16

he was like listen

17:18

, the people around you can

17:20

do this for a minute and you can't

17:22

do it for 30 seconds . I'm pretty sure we have a

17:24

problem , and I remember feeling

17:27

angry as I was doing the things he was

17:29

asking me to do , because there was no equipment , there

17:31

was no dumbbells , but

17:33

it's these simple movements for

17:35

this period of time , I could not do them , and

17:38

I became angry with myself . I was

17:40

like this is probably why these things haven't

17:42

happened . This is why I've been playing so small

17:44

over here , because this mirrored other

17:46

areas of my life . That was the

17:48

hardest thing for me to own . So

17:51

there comes a moment , though , when you make

17:53

a decision right , you make a decision

17:55

to be all in , and for me , I made

17:57

a decision to be all in . I couldn't just fool around with him

17:59

for a little bit . I was like great , you're on board , you

18:01

better fucking get me together . And

18:03

you got to get me together , whatever that

18:05

is , and I'm going to be open , because that's the other

18:07

part . If you're not open , then

18:10

you're going to resist , and then

18:12

it's a problem . I became completely

18:14

open and miserable as

18:16

I went through the process of getting stronger

18:18

. I looked at myself 30 days

18:20

later and I was a different person . At what point

18:22

did you realize that you had gotten there or that

18:24

you were different ?

18:29

Well , I feel like I'm always

18:32

striving to get there .

18:35

Yeah , but you've had big milestones though

18:37

. I mean you've had milestones

18:39

where you can go okay , I did that

18:42

, and then that happened . I mean , you just

18:44

bought a business

18:46

and I haven't even gotten

18:48

there yet , but do you know anything about

18:50

this ? Let's not underestimate

18:52

how many licensed professionals there are in all

18:55

categories , whether it's

18:57

hair , real estate , doctor

18:59

, who have had

19:01

their license for decades and

19:03

have not gotten past having

19:06

their license . And again to the person who has their

19:08

license , I'm not knocking it , but I

19:10

meet so many of them who

19:12

say I would just like to

19:14

do more . More

19:17

doesn't necessarily mean I'm gonna

19:19

own a business to make more money

19:21

. It's like more I wanna challenge myself .

19:23

Yeah , well , I mean

19:25

, I just feel like that's a part of my DNA , because

19:28

I grew up being a

19:30

challenging child , always

19:32

asking tons of

19:34

questions .

19:35

I was a challenging child . You weren't a challenging

19:37

child .

19:38

I was so curious . I was asking

19:40

too many questions of adults where

19:42

they would just tell me like

19:45

go stay in the child's place , like I

19:49

could see you doing that too yeah . I got in trouble

19:51

a lot because I just never was

19:53

happy with the status

19:56

quo , and

19:58

this is how we've done it for so long

20:00

. We're gonna keep doing it like this . Well

20:02

, what if there is a different way to do

20:04

it ? And that is like one

20:07

of the things that I enjoy

20:09

about being a hairstylist

20:11

and behind a chair , because I do get

20:13

to interact with different people from

20:16

different backgrounds so

20:20

I can see the way people think and

20:23

how many different opportunities they have , and

20:25

that just opens me up to

20:28

a whole new world of possibilities

20:30

for myself . And I

20:32

just I gotta keep growing , because if

20:35

you're not growing , you

20:37

can't just be complacent

20:40

Like you're either growing or you're dying

20:42

period .

20:45

Yes , that is correct 100%

20:48

. So we

20:50

make this decision . Does

20:52

the world rally around you when you decide you're

20:54

gonna buy this salon , when

20:56

you're gonna up your game Like does

20:58

money fall from the sky ? Does your sugar

21:01

daddy show up ?

21:02

Well , I want you to pass me passes

21:05

my number to him if you find one

21:07

. I

21:10

wanna say people , I

21:13

have this philosophy . Like I

21:15

, pretty much I'll make decisions and

21:18

I have learned that

21:21

, you know , not everybody is on your

21:23

team , so I

21:25

make sure that I am communicating

21:29

with the people that I know that

21:31

are gonna support me . And

21:33

it's funny , when

21:35

you make a decision like

21:38

the universe God , whatever you wanna call

21:40

it is gonna start supplying

21:44

things that you need to make it happen

21:46

Totally , and all you gotta do is just

21:48

start with making a decision

21:50

and making one move , cause

21:52

once you get clear on that decision , other

21:55

things start to happen . And it's not that

21:58

you don't get any challenges with

22:00

it , but things just start appearing

22:03

and because you've shown that you are

22:05

committed to what you want

22:07

in your cause in your goal

22:10

.

22:11

Okay , tell me this if you had three

22:13

things , that you would three

22:16

things to the person who's like I think

22:18

it's time that I do this thing that I've been thinking about

22:20

. I need to build this thing . I need to

22:22

stop what I'm doing . I make a right turn and go

22:24

sit down and build the damn thing . There

22:26

were three things that you would say to that person

22:28

right now .

22:33

First , I would say be clear about

22:35

what it is that you want . Sit down with

22:37

yourself and

22:39

make a list of the things . That's

22:41

what sparked my

22:44

decision to go on a bodybuilding . I just

22:47

made a list of everything

22:49

that I wanted to do . I

22:53

started making those things happen . I would say

22:55

just sit down with yourself and

22:57

make a list of unbiased lists . Don't

23:01

get distracted by other people's opinions

23:03

. Just focus

23:05

on what it is that you really want in your

23:07

heart . A lot of times

23:10

, I just feel like we

23:12

know what we're supposed to be doing at

23:15

a very young age . We

23:18

just need to go back to those things

23:20

that made us happy , the

23:22

things that we enjoyed doing when we were

23:24

in fourth and fifth grade

23:26

. Those are

23:28

the things that help us to identify

23:31

our gifts and what our purpose is

23:33

.

23:35

So don't take those for granted . And those

23:37

are the things we should start building . Yeah , yes

23:40

, I love that Absolutely . Sharon

23:44

Hamner people , dun

23:46

, dun , dun dun . I

23:48

love this client corner . I

23:50

am a fan , so

23:53

I have shared this . I want

23:55

you to go stalk her . She

23:58

is knee deep and the do the damn thing community

24:00

, but I am a fan of her work

24:02

, her work ethic , her consistency

24:05

and all of the neat things and , honest to God

24:07

, I am like front row waiting

24:09

to see . I am

24:11

like that with excitement and

24:14

, most importantly , if

24:16

there was one question that you

24:18

were like , like if there was one question

24:20

that you could ask , sharon , I want

24:22

you to think of what your biggest challenge is what

24:25

hasn't happened , what's not on your

24:27

list and the amount of procrastination

24:30

that you've allotted yourself in room

24:32

that you don't have . I

24:35

can't wait to see you next on build

24:37

the damn thing . I hope that you start to

24:39

implement something that you've heard in the next 24

24:42

hours because , truthfully , if you take just

24:44

one of the things that she talked about , you could

24:46

be done in 30 days or less . See

24:49

, ya , I hope that episode

24:51

was amazing for you and you

24:53

are closer to building the damn

24:55

thing . I can't wait to

24:57

hear what your thoughts were what part you loved

24:59

and the action that you're gonna

25:01

go take , because the truth of the matter is that the person who

25:04

wins is not the person who gets there first , it's

25:06

the person who takes action first

25:08

. Now I've got a gift

25:10

for you , and it is at wwwstractpustlecom

25:15

. It is imperative

25:18

that you run there and you see all types of goodies

25:20

, starting with the seven must-haves

25:22

that you've gotta put it when telling

25:24

your story . There is so

25:26

much deliciousness awaiting for you . I would

25:29

love nothing more than for you

25:31

to go ahead and give us a thumbs

25:33

up and a five-star

25:35

review on not just this

25:37

episode , but this entire series of

25:39

how do you build the damn thing , like

25:42

always , if there's anything that we can do to

25:44

make your weekday or month

25:46

better , please let us know . And , more importantly

25:48

, I can't wait to

25:50

see you live , whether it's at Day

25:53

the Damn Thing Live or in one of our communities

25:55

, or maybe you're just hanging out with us on social

25:57

media . What I know to be true

25:59

is that I am meant to connect with you somewhere

26:02

and I can't wait for that day

26:04

to happen and , more importantly

26:06

, I can't wait to see what you build . Thank

26:09

you .
