In this episode I discuss two chapters on the cellular level from the book Younger Next Year. where Dr Henry S. Lodge writes about the natural decay that is ongoing day and night which helps us shed old cells, provides opportunity to rebuild new bone, muscle and every other system of the body on a regular basis. The kicker though, if you don't trigger the rebuilding process through healthy stress such as exercise. You are literally decaying. Unfortunately in modern day society we are so familiar with the effects of decay that we've normalized it as a part of aging but aging is different from decay.
