In this episode, my guest is Layne Stowell, mama of two, health coach and enthusiast for making healthy feel simple. Layne is the founder of Elevated Health Coaching where she helps busy mamas make their health a priority no matter how chaotic life gets. She is passionate about helping women lose that extra weight, double their energy and uncover how to feel their best so that they can thrive in their busy schedules.  


In this interview, she shares with us her approach that avoids overwhelm, calorie counting or deprivation and focuses instead on creating long term habit and behavior change, while still having a ton of fun in the process. She has dedicated her work to helping women hit their health goals and make them stick so that the healthy choice just feels like the simple choice.
