Andy shows the full depth of his presenting ability to highlight severe issues and provide potential solutions from his extensive experience of working within this field. He also shows extensive knowledge on the wellbeing side of life and how the management of everyday situations can provide positive or negative psychological effects. Andy has also shown that an open and compassionate managerial approach can provide general care for all trades. Plus being open and not having fear of stigma can help in talking things through to help relieve mental stress.
