In this period in time, the 21st century, most people will go out of their way to avoid suffering and/or persecution. But, if we were to ask the saints in the 1st century what it meant to be a follower of Christ they would have included suffering as part of the job description. This week we look at Paul and how his suffering and stewardship brings him closer to God. (Colossians 1:24-2:5)
