1. Ask who or what needs you to show up more positive. (Sometimes the people around us are the biggest motivators and helpers as we switch our mindset so show up for them).
2. Become more intentional. (Positive people are much more intentional about the things they say and do throughout the day and so should you).
3. Use your own negativity against itself. (You can use your negative thoughts and patterns as a trigger to bring positive outcomes into your life, all you need to do is be aware).
