I look forward to this show and am always amazed at what the writers come up with.
Overall okay, good way to kill time. Could be more in depth and less filler.
Absolutely brilliant and well produced series. Worthy of a BBC Radio 4 series. The only complaint is the amount of adverts. Way too many and when you skip them, you remove a good 10mins from the show length.
Excellent look at some of the biggest business rivalries, even the obvious ones have a ton of information broken down over 4-5 episodes.
Let's say everyone's favorite thing was atop a tall, tall tree. Some people would engineer a solution to get it down to ground level, and then others would rather make a mountain of corpses and climb that. If you're from the latter camp, is this the podcast for you. Business Wars is dedicated to glorifying -- not documenting -- glorifying the most cynical, self-serving, backstabbing, credit-stealing, utterly despicable practices in business the world over. Of all time. I'm biochemically incompatible with it, but I dunno, maybe it will make others feel empowered. It's certainly not lacking in production value, and the scripts are competent. Wondery knows what it's doing, after all. But be warned that each episode is like 50% content and 50% information only relevant to someone looking to recruit a mattress-shaving expert.
I hate personal drama but love business drama. There are some lessons to learn but it is mostly entertainment. Wondery shows have A+ production. This show delivers.
Through Business Wars you'll get to learn about Titans. The downfalls tribulations and the miraculous come backs. With this I must say Business wars is an incredible Podcast to binge from start to finish or find the war you're interested in and listen to it's story. The facts are researched and the stories are told accurately and unbiased. That is one of the reasons this show has captivated me so much. - Podcast Junkie
