Q D Ross and Anthony Burnley join Jarrod and Ian in a discussion about the changing face of the ad agency business. We're moving into a post-pandemic world after two years using remote work. Suffice to say people would rather not brave the traffic and work from home. Bosses have other ideas. "We shouldn't be talking about time, we should be talking about productivity" says Anthony and he's right of course. The old agency model bills by the hour. We need a new system if we're to survive.
