This is not the recipe used in the movies Godfather, and Goodfellas, but hope you enjoy it. This is all about food sponsorship and food cooking shows and food TikToks in general. The landscape for food styling and presentation of food in the advertising and marketing space has changed dramatically. . . In this episode we talk to our former co-worker at The Agency Ave LeBlanc, who comes on to discuss with me (and then Jarrod who joined us late) the use of expansive additions to "poor people" food like Feta. What's Feta? Feta is a Greek brined curd white cheese made from sheep's milk or from a mixture of sheep and goat's milk. But That’s Not Important Right Now!
