This is Selina your host of Butt-naked wisdom... 

So, I know what you’re thinking why the name Butt-naked wisdom, well for me my AH HA & Lightbulb learning moments from my experience has come from when I’m either in a steaming hot bathtub or a shower.  Alone, silent in thought, away from the kids and yes NAKED. I said it - unless you wash with your clothes on there is no other way.  

So with that being said I want to tap into REAL life experiences and I mean my life is a book so I know yours is too BUT what I really want to help people with, is the wisdom and life-long learnings we get from these experiences and how we can help and impact the life’s of others.  

This will be raw; this will be real, and this will be relatable.  That’s the aim... With nearly 40 years on this earth, many many years of good and bad experiences I want to lay it all down.  We may cry, we will laugh and ultimately we will not feel alone as we unveil these learnings my hope is that you will find peace within yourself and discover your own personal learnings and be a branch of support for others around you.

I’m excited this is a long time coming, I will interview REAL Women and Men who will touch us with personal experiences that will impact our lives so we can engage and learn from those golden nugget moments.
