Danny LaPlante had an extremely troubled upbringing, which led to an early life of crime. From petty theft to hiding in the walls of a family’s home and playing mind tricks on them, Daniel was an odd kid. But the escalation from breaking and entering to murder still has many questioning what snapped in Danny the day he broke into the Gustafson’s home. Where many said he could have fled, he chose murder instead.
