Carly Fiorina may be a familiar name to many of us -- she's the former CEO of HP (and the first woman CEO of a Fortune 500 company) as well as a former presidential candidate. She also hosts this wonderful podcast called By Example, where she interviews inspiring leaders about the difficult obstacles they've faced and decisions they've made: many well-known leaders like Bob Dole and Tony Dungy, as well as up-and-coming leaders that aren't household names yet. I had the pleasure of interviewing Carly on my podcast (Beyond 6 Seconds), where she mentioned the story of Austin Perine, a 5-year-old boy who took the lead in feeding the homeless in his city. This episode is her interview with Austin and his dad. It's inspiring to see the heart and vision of the youngest generation!
