The brewery has been in operation for 8 years, in this time Kasey has often been met with bias in everyday interactions, Kasey shares how she handles these situations in a way that educates people. Also, her unique perspective on how her work is allowing her to fulfill her purpose. We wrap up with advice for a new generation of women who want to take on unique careers. Prior to the opening of Broken Bow Brewery, Kasey earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering and a focus on Neuroscience from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. During the first year in business, Kasey earned an associate's degree in Advanced Brewing Theory from the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago.
