Earlier today someone pretty much cemented their place on the list of people who will never come on Play Comics. Right now there are 3 people on the list.

A person who decided to just not pay his artist for a Kickstarter comic and to not send out physical things to backersA pair of people who kept not getting back to me, and then wanted me to drop everything to record an episode to time out well with something they were releasing

So what does it take to get on this list for me? What kind of people won't make the list? Why do I care so much anyway?
