In this episode of Called To THRIVE we address the holiday season and the struggles many of us face around this time of year.  Specifically, we discuss dealing with dysfunction in the extended family that is often triggered this time of year.  We also discuss the issue of grief and how symptoms related to various losses are exacerbated during the holidays especially when facing the first holiday without a loved one.
