As the most requested topic from you guys, I have decided to jump straight into the supplement world. I have decided to make this a 2-part series since there is so much to cover!
There's so much research in some cases and a massive lack-of in other cases. I decided to start out with the simple 'food' supplements and mention the usual supplements that people may hear about on a daily basis such as multi vitamins, single vitamins, omega 3 and the ever famous protein powder.
