Probably the number one excuse I see people make when it comes to giving up on their goals, not making progress or getting stuck in a vicious cycle when it comes to their food/exercise.
I speak about how will power/motivation can be strengthened, but also how you need to set yourself up for success first and be specific in terms of your goals.
"Motivation is fleeting, discipline is reliable. The question isn't how to keep yourself motivated; it's how to train yourself to work without it".
