(Camland Podcast) XLoveCam Christmas Cash Contest (Dec. 1-31, 2020)– Popular European cam site XLoveCam has announced that their Christmas contest, running from December 1 to 31, 2020, is focused on recruiting new spenders to the site. The performer with the highest number of customers spending credits for the first time in their cam room will take home the top cash prize of 4,500 Euros.

(Camland Podcast) AWSummit Virtual Advent Calendar– The organizers of the AWSummit have put together a “Virtual Advent Calendar” for the December 2020 holiday season. Their “AWesome Giveaway” includes prizes, deals, services, and opportunities from a variety of companies in the online adult industry, including sites like BongaCams and Stripchat.

(Camland Podcast) Megacams launches content sales platform– Major camming affiliate site Megacams has crossed over into the content sales platform world with the beta launch of their redesigned site. With the new changes, Megacams aims to bring their existing traffic to models who can monetize content directly on the site. As this is a beta launch, Megacams is looking for models who are interested in providing feedback throughout the process.

(Camland Podcast) AVN Star of the Year Contest 2020 (Dec. 1-Jan. 23)– The AVN Stars fan club platform has announced that they are running their first-ever “AVN Star of the Year” contest. The winner of the AVN Star of the Year contest will be determined solely by fan voting. As with all AVN Stars contests, fans may cast one free vote per day, or can cast paid votes, which count as multiple votes.

(Camland Podcast) Streamate launches #SMBabe social shows– Streamate is starting a new social media campaign that rewards models for interacting with the site’s accounts on Instagram and Twitter. The site’s social media accounts will ask a question on the first Tuesday of each month, and from the models who respond, will select a performer for a feature show. The feature show will be a 1 hour long show that will receive special promotion on Streamate’s social media accounts.

(Camland Podcast) Cam4 tip matching bonus for North American performers (Dec. 1-31, 2020)– Cam4 is running a special promotion for its North American performers during December 2020. Performers who earn over $350 in tips between December 1-31, 2020 will receive a tip matching bonus for the money they make above the $350 minimum. The contest is limited to North American performers who have government-issued ID from a North American country.

(Camland Podcast) Manyvids giving away 50k tokens on MV Live (Dec. 3, 2020)– All-in-one platform Manyvids is following up CEO Bella French’s cam show with a token giveaway. Bella will be tipping models who are streaming on MV Live on December 3, 2020 between 2-10pm Eastern/11am-7pm Pacific time.

(Camland Podcast) Pornhub Viewers’ Choice Contest December 2020– Tube site Pornhub has announced the theme of their December Viewers’ Choice Contest – “Let It Snow”. In the Viewers’ Choice Contest, winners are chosen by users who vote for their favorite videos. While each user gets 1 free vote a day, models are able to sell votes to their fans to help them win 1 of 3 grand prizes.

(Camland Podcast) Amberly Rothfield Marketing and Business Trends Class (Dec. 19, 2020)– Adult industry marketing expert Amberly Rothfield has announced that she will be holding another class for online sex workers. The class, called “2021 Marketing and Business Trends: Get Ahead of the Year”, will cover topics including reaching new customers, platforms and sites on the rise, upcoming legal controversies and changes, and the continuing impact of the COVID pandemic on the industry.

Videos uploaded in December 2020 that are longer than 6 minutes and use the tag XMAS will be automatically entered to win one of 5 cash prizes. Prizes will be rewarded based on the highest number of video views.

(Camland Podcast) Cam4 launches merch store– Popular cam site Cam4 is following in the footsteps of sites like Chaturbate, Manyvids, and Pornhub by launching a merch store aimed at both models and members.
