Hello kids, and welcome to Camp! Now that you’ve unpacked your bags and settled in, it’s time to introduce ourselves! We are Ian and Shaye, your hosts, guides, camp counselors (or whatever you want to call us) through our journey into the world we thought we knew! Every episode follows a two week immersion into a variety of topics, during which time we’ll be challenging our preconceptions about everything life has to offer, from the seemingly obvious to the utterly bizarre. Whatever the topic, we will do it, live it, eat it, wear it, in an honest attempt to try and understand it better. Then we’ll take each experience and digest it for you into a fun, reflective, and sometimes hilarious full-length podcast that the whole family can enjoy -- provided the family has no small children or racist grandparents! So roll up your sleeping bags and come join us; come bathe with us in our inexhaustible ignorance; and come scream, laugh, and cry with us as we try to illuminate our blind-spots to see the world not just through our eyes, but through yours and everyone else's!
