Friends, I am so excited for this episode today!  This episode is with my all time best friend, my maid of honor at my wedding, and someone that I learn from every day... It’s Rachel Garbrecht!

If you don’t yet know, Rachel just graduated from physical therapy school as Dr. Rachel Garbrecht and has become an expert in the field of health and wellness. As her friend of many years, I’ve gotten the chance to grow alongside of her from the awkward teenage years to now both being in grad school and married!
