What should we expect with the newly elected Congress in January?  Will newly elected Congress provide a check and balance with current administration?  The U.S. Virgin Islands were struck by two Category 5 hurricanes last year, so aren't we hearing about the recovery efforts?  What is happening in Florida and Georgia with the election results?
