Fashion has ignored women of bigger busts for far too long, creating an entire culture of challenges to manage or overcome by women who are endowed with biggest chests. From body shaming, to poor fit of almost every type of clothing a woman can wear, Alice Kim has launched a brand that addressed this exact need in the market. This episode is a perfect look behind what it takes to make a fashion collection market viable, address a social issue and launch and manage a career in fashion all in one episode.
