Overview of the Challenge:

💎  The challenge begins with acquiring a copy of "Triumphin the Trenches," which is encouraged but not necessary for participation.

💎 Live discussions are to be hosted on LinkedIn and YouTube, allowing participants to interact directly with Leah and the chapter authors.     

💎 Starting immediately, two chapters of the book will be read weekly.

💎 The first session will cover the chapters "Polish"by James Bumpus and "This Little Light of Mine: Outshining Stereotypes and Bias" by Glynise Swan.

💎 Each session aims to extract and discuss "gems" orkey insights from the chapters read.

💎 Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and insights during the live sessions.

💎 Contributions to the discussions can lead to opportunitiesto appear on the "Career Gems for the Journey" podcast or live sessions.

💎 The challenge spans 11 weeks, covering all 22 chapters ofthe book.
