Today’s episode is how to work smarter, not harder. Or how to work at all at this point in a global pandemic and virtual schooling environment. I have been relying on a few key tools to keep me motivated and productive. They are serving me well during work from home life, but they would also be great tools to have in your returning to work after maternity leave toolkit. I remember being so distracted during the first few months being back at work. It took me a long time to realize that a mom brain is an amazing tool when you can eliminate the distraction and harness its power.
