Steve made the career change from a full-time role in radio to self-employed life back in 2013 so he could have the flexibility to work around his kids.
Six years ago he started the Being Freelance podcast which has since spawned a community and a course to help others start successful freelance careers. He also co-hosts the award-winning Doing It For The Kids podcast - a fun Q&A for those parents freelancing 'with kids in the mix.
