Located in the majestic Deschutes National Forest is the town of Sisters, OR. I traveled here to visit a brewery that opened its doors during a not so ideal time period when the national economy was in a recession. But they have managed to grow despite the challenges they faced when they opened. I sat down with Wade Underwood, Jeff Cornett and Ashley Woody, at Three Creeks Brewing Co.
