Part Two: Mika Domingo, Founder of M.S. Domingo Law Group, P.C., an estate planning, probate and trusts administration and litigation firm in Walnut Creek, comes from a family of integrity and service. Being an accomplished attorney, Adjunct Law Professor, diversity and inclusion advocate, and entrepreneur, she is a strong leader who has overcome the death of her beloved mother; her inspiration and personal hero. Mika's mother died of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Mika, herself, has been a warrior, having overcome her own battle with breast cancer. Her resilience and perseverance has allowed her to continue her incredible work and service to the local and legal communities. Over the past 25 years, she has served on many non-profit boards. She served on the Committee of Bar Examiners for the State Bar of California and as Past President of the Contra Costa County Bar Association Women’s Section. She currently serves on 19 committees, and notably, as Co-Chair of the Judicial Evaluations Committee for the California Women Lawyers for four years, and Chair of the Diversity Committee for the Contra Costa County Bar Association for the past three years. Through this work, she demonstrates her passion for diversity, inclusion, and self-lessness. She inspires others through the many hats she wears.
