Welcome to the introductory episode of Caught in the Middle - Age.  In this bonus episode you get to meet, me, your host Alexis.  I'm giving you a basic run down of what this podcast is all about.  If you are in the age group considered Middle Aged (even if you don't claim it or have celebrated your 29th Birthday many times over) join me and my panel of guests talk about what life is like.  We will share our own stories and experiences that hopefully you can relate to.

You aren't alone and we are here to talk about everything: Married/Single, Kids/No Kids, work, relationships, family, and everything in between; no matter your sexual orientation.
