Hello CelebrityKind fam... This week's guest is Australian model, actress, film-maker and all 'round beautiful human Tahyna MacManus who takes us inside her documentary "MuM: Misunderstandings of Miscarriage" out now on Stan Australia.

Tahyna created this film so she could start a conversation about pregnancy loss, something 1 in 4 women experience yet we so rarely speak about. We discuss her own pain and heartbreak, the lack of emotional support for women and their families, what loved ones can do to help and those photos of Chrissy Teigen and John Legend in hospital.

This episode is for anyone who has experienced pregnancy loss, or knows someone who has. You're not alone and the more we talk about it, the more we can all help break the stigma.
