This podcast is focused on Consciousness. What is Consciousness? Consciousness is simply a state of awareness. We can experience this state of awareness at a personal or an impersonal level. The personal level of awareness, or simply self-awareness, is about knowing everything that is related to us, and our experience of life as an individual. The impersonal level of awareness is more collective and spiritual in nature, and extends beyond our individual experience of life. In a way, our consciousness or awareness has three main dimensions. Consciousness has a psychological dimension, which is about becoming psychologically conscious and self-aware. Consciousness also has a personal dimension, which is about becoming conscious and aware of what you are meant to experience or manifest in this life. And, Consciousness has an impersonal dimension, which is about becoming spiritually conscious and aware of the divine and spiritual essence of yourself, and all things in the world. 

This podcast is organized in two parts. First part describes a metaphoric representation of consciousness and its dimensions. This helps you notice, where you stand in relationship to these dimensions. Second part highlights the power of your curiosity, and how it is the key to raising your consciousness. Here, we would also see how your curiosity has a directionality, and how that is the single most important factor affecting the level of your self-awareness.
