We need to help our mind, and liberate it from what it is going through. And to do that, we need to awaken the consciousness of our body and of our soul. Our amazing mind can be psychologically burdened and imprisoned by our emotions and thoughts, emotions and thoughts that preoccupy our mind and drain our life energy. We need to understand our mind and liberate it from what it is going through. And to do that, we need to awaken the consciousness of our body and of our soul.
