Have you ever just had enough and then you end up in a funk.  Well, I did and I stayed away from the podcast so my negative energy didn't spill into you all.

I had a big week of nothing which lead to massive cleaning and reorganizing to avoid what was going on in the world and my head.  Then I pulled my big girl pants on and some loud music to get myself back to normal.  Things can get hard but we can't stay in the that state too long and it's not easy to get out sometimes.  We need to support one another and put more joyful things into our lives.
