I have known Heather for many years and we raced and trained together back in the day! Heather had a very successful standard distance triathlon career, competing at the top international level and winning a national championship! She then went on to be Performance Director for British Triathlon through 2 Olympic cycles and then went on to work in elite development in British Canoeing and now for England Hockey ! Heather takes us through her journey in elite sport as an athlete and then as a key figure in governing bodies. She also talks about her long-term involvement with Cambridge triathlon club and the coaching business ‘Perfect Condition’ set up with and run by her husband Tim.
