Julia Charlton presented Part 1 of a 5-Part webinar series on the duties of directors of HKEx-listed companies, focusing on the relevant obligations under the Listing Rules and consequences of non-compliance. Julia also spoke on the liability of directors for misstatements in the prospectus under the Companies Ordinance and the SFO and the restrictions on the disclosure of price sensitive information (inside information) and the disclosure of material information to analysts.
