When Jason began, he thought it would have some impact, but what he realized was that the impact an Elite Team has in business is equal to the impact in the military: the more Elite the Team, the more effective. Also, as a critical part of the process is aligning and focusing on a clear purpose, both the owners & teams realize that the day to day grind that can feel overwhelming, if focused on the overall purpose, really becomes something everyone starts to enjoy!
