Carin Knoop, Executive Director at Harvard Business School joins Nish for a chtted about Multicultural Diversity in a Global workplace.

Carin Knoop is the Executive Director of the Global Research Group / Case Research & Writing Group at Harvard Business School, supporting faculty research and the development of about one-third of the School’s case study output and other types of research. She is a published researcher and co-author of the book Compassionate Management of Mental Health in the Modern Workplace, published last year. School cases to promote diversity of thought, adaptability, and human sustainability at work (recent book provides managers with tools for Compassionate Management of Mental Health Issues in the Modern Workplace).

As a champion of empathy in the workplace, employment for everyone and innovation, Nish shares experiences of thought leaders and how they are contributing to these concepts. These conversations are meant to be of around 15 minutes and explore the incredible contributions being made through empathy that are shaping a new way to work for all.
