This week Pickstar Co-Founder Matthew Pavlich has a yarn with Tim Ross. A comedian, architecture enthusiast and design nerd. He may be best known for his work on TV and radio (at different times hosting both the number one breakfast and drive shows in Sydney) but Tim has also always had a passion for architecture & design.
Ross began his career performing stand-up comedy as part of the comedy duo Merrick and Rosso with Merrick Watts. Transitioning to his passion from the stage & radio studio to architecture & design where he was written for various publications including Real Living, Habitus, The Saturday Paper, The Smith Journal, QANTAS magazine and The Guardian. In 2017, Tim launched his second book, The Rumpus Room, capturing nostalgic short stories about life in Australia’s suburbs in the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s. The Rumpus Room is now in its third print run.
