One of the major supermarket chains is a promising a permanent cut price fruit and vege deal. It comes the same day as Consummer NZ criticised the big players for so-called "dodgy specials" that are allegedly misleading. The watchdog says it has had 160 price complaints from shoppers over the last two months. Today Countdown has committed to 20 percent off its 'Odd Bunch' range of packaged fruit and vegetables.
