Hi.  I am Brooke Voris, CEO and Wedding Consultant at Brooke Voris Weddings (BVW).  I am also a WOM (Wife and Mom) with a crazy household and am here to give you a behind the scenes look at what really goes on in a Wedding Planner's life.

This show is about helping people find their perfect balance of efficiency and enjoyment in the planning process and getting everything they want on their very special day.

On this episode Brooke speaks with Stephanie Fitzpatrick from Ebe Talent. They discussed the importance of providing quality entertainment services in the industry. They highlighted the unique aspects of Ebe's business model, including their in-house production and variety of talent. They also talk about the history of the company, which started with one band and has now grown to seventeen bands over twenty-five years.

Stephanie emphasized the importance of taking a planner's perspective to approach weddings and create a positive guest experience through music. They both agreed that providing quality services is crucial in the entertainment industry and that companies should prioritize this over making a quick profit.

Brooke and Stephanie urge couples to thoroughly research vendors before booking talent for a wedding. Stephanie stresses the need to ensure that the band is seasoned and to ask about their rehearsal and preparation process.

They highlighted the significance of vendors being excited to work with the couple, and the red flags that arise when vendors are not cooperative.
