Welcome to Chew the Ph@tt Podcast with your hosts, Sarah Thomson, and Sue Collier! In this episode, our hosts discuss with us what it’s like to be a Ph@tt mom, and how it’s benefitted them. To start, Sarah shares a bit of her weight loss experience thus far, and how it’s affected her positively.

Our hosts speak of the roles mothers need to play, and the pressure that’s placed on them because of it, and the pressures that Sue and Sarah themselves have felt before. Sue shares her weight loss journey, and how she made the decision to put herself first.

Sarah talks about mothers putting themselves first, and how important it is for the women and their families. The two women touch on their eating habits at home, and how they adapt it to their family’s meals.
