We begin a new series of satsangs on Sadhana. Each session we learn about a sadhana and then practice it. This is the introductory session about what is sadhana(spiritual practice)? Who is a sadhak(seeker)? What is the sadhya(goal)? Who is a siddha(Accomplished one)? What are the different types of sadhanas? We also learn about Prana-Vikshana or breath observation as a sadhana and how it must be done?
