In the Adhik Maas from 18th July to 18th August we did “Shiva Mantra Meditation”  for 30 days. Each day there was a talk and a guided meditation session.  Each of these are being uploaded here One by one on this YouTube channel as well as on the Podcast - swatmananda.Podomatic.com.
