And the first thing I'm going to share is the real

big secret. About receiving.

And that is you can't receive

without being in a state of appreciation.

It's only when you're open-hearted

and an estate of appreciation that

you can allow in. All

that UVN for. And

it's because you're not yearning. There's

no wanting to control something.

There's no fear of not having, you're

not in a state of luck because when

you're in appreciation, you're in

a state of abundance, you're

in a state of bliss of

thankfulness of gratitude.

And that allows in everything

that you could wish for everything

that's for your highest good at that time.

get started this morning. Again, we're

going to take three deep breaths in just

again, to relax states. On

be in a relaxed state. We'd be in that state

of allowing by now. The receiving

comes naturally after allowing.

We're going to spend a little bit of time just

appreciating and then we'll

receive. To start with,

if you want to take a deep breath

absolute appreciation. Right

now in this moment. And

we'll let that feeling of appreciation.

Feel your body feel your aura,

fill your energy. You

can think of a person you love. Think

of maybe something you get to

do today. Just

fill yourself with appreciation. I

want you to think of two things.

That. You would like

to receive. Whether

it's a new relationship. Whether

it's money. Abundance.

Whether it's just a surprise gift.

Or even a phone call. With

a close friend or family. Choose

one of them. Imagine.

What's the ultimate feeling. That

that's going to give you. For

instance money. Is that going to give you a feeling

abundance mean to you?

What's it going to allow you to

and if it's money, for instance, security

with your heart open. Imagine.

Whatever it is. You've chosen, flowing

Really get into the feeling. What

a ceiling of thriving. A

it is. Just focus on that feeling.

Feel it in your body, open your heart.

And allow it to flow

throughout your body, into your aura.

Uh, mixed you for appreciation and whatever

this feeling is. And

then imagine. That gift

flowing to you. Like

it's arriving on a conveyor belt

of silver light from the universe

and it's flowing to you. And

imagine that you have it now. Really.

Ramp up that feeling of appreciation.

just an appreciation. Feeling

the room, into your home.
