This week I’m back with another solo round to discuss suffering setbacks in various areas of your life and how you can successfully overcome them.
Setbacks will, of course, come in many forms - an injury, a bad patch financially, a breakdown in a relationship, inconsistency with your goals etc. and truth be told if you’re making good progress, you should come to expect them.
The thing is, some people take them extremely badly. They believe the universe is continuously working against them and that life is unfair and they won’t stop moaning to everyone about their troubles in the hope that it alleviates some of the misery.
Others accept them as part and parcel of progress and put simply, they get on with things.
