I spoke with Tom, Jean-Luc and Will, three of the founders of Move for Men - a space for men to meet and talk, and through their events, fundraise to support men's mental health charities. 

The mates started Move for Men after one of their friends committed suicide, to help out other men in the community who are suffering in silence with mental health.

We discuss;

• What it was like after the shock suicide of their mate
• Some warning signs that people can look out for
• The stigma around men speaking about their problems 
• What they are doing in the community, and online, to bring people together, and create a zero judgement place for men to speak openly
• What each of them would say to anyone out there who has been having suicidal thoughts
