Dr. Tom Cheyney is a nationally recognized conference leader in Church Revitalization and Church Health. He serves as the Executive Director of the Greater Orlando Baptist Association and the leader of the GOBA Church Revitalization Assistance Team - a team designed to work with plateaued and declining churches in Central Florida.
