Koua Jacklyn Franz was part of the Hmong refugee resettlement in the United States that occurred in the late 70's and came to live in Sacramento in the early 80's. She is a wife, Waldorf parent, and mother to three beautiful girls. Koua currently is the Co-Owner and Innovation and Strategic Planning Consultant at John Gooder LLC. She is a strong facilitator and systems thinker, with 15 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, supporting, and developing strong teams, developing leadership capacities, and designing and creating learning organizations. She is passionate about creating high quality and equitable systems that develops and cultivates the whole community.
