Joy was such a pleasure to connect with, we had such an honest conversation about finding clarity, and we really dive into the idea and practice of getting comfortable with the unknown.  Finding beauty in not knowing your purpose and allowing for your intuition to guide you. It was so interesting to learn all about Joy’s journey, and how she tried so many different paths before ultimately finding her calling in the work that she does now. I love her perspective and her approach to life, she’s all about being gentle and compassionate with ourselves and I think that now, more than ever, we can use more of that mindset.
My favorite part of this conversation is how real and approachable Joy is. Her book, Inspired, is a testament to her approach to life and it is lovely to see how she relates the 7 wisdoms from her book throughout her own life the lives of her clients.
