Ep21 | Clay’s Cortex Podcast | Finding Peace in the Chaos  

What we are experiencing right now will be in the history books. A time of panic, fear, economic stress. But through it all are we able to find peace?  

During this time we have so much time to spend with family, catch up with old friend (virtually), and just have time to be present in the moment.  

We get into rhythms and we all love rhythm but recently that rhythm was thrown off. It has been chaotic and stressful.  

The purpose of the this podcast episode is to shed light on the some positives of the positives during this time of chaos. Throughout life there are many times that we feel like we aren’t in control of our environment around us.  

We will talk about the 1 thing that has helped me tackle challenges and environments that aren’t in my control.

The tactic I learned was actually from a book called "Heads up Baseball", I read it 1 time per year before/ during every baseball season ever since I was 16 years old.  

This book was written to be applied toward baseball, but I am telling you, this can be applied to our everyday life. It has helped me learn how to slow down and be in the moment every day of my life.  

I hope that this podcast can help to encourage you not just through this COVID-19 era but also once we are out of it.
