I have been asked this question a lot of the years when training athletes… “Should I take Creatine”.
Parents of these athletes ask… “Is it safe for my athlete to take it? I have heard…”.
This question is like the stock market, it comes and goes but it is still on the incline. I have done my research and looked at the impacts of it and if it was/ is a good fit for me and my goals.
But I wanted to bring on a Nutritionist who was on a previous episode to address this topic since this area (nutrition) is right up his alley.
